In the spring of 2019, a computer accident fried everything. It even destroyed my backup, I did not only lose the album I was almost done making, I lost all my sounds including some bass sounds that I spent years working on perfecting. It was depressing but after a while I started thinking maybe this is that fresh start I needed. Maybe it’s time to have fun again and not take myself too seriously, maybe even write a fun light dance album. I’ve never released any dance stuff I’ve ever made… then the idea of reload was born. I started by using some new sounds I purchased right away, some samples and couple constructs from producerloops.com who were nice enough to resend me all the packs I bought from them ever! and that is all I had to work with. This album is called reload because I had to literally reload everything into a new computer with new sounds. I felt naked, without my musical weapons but by having fun when things did not work out, I was able to make an EP that summer after all. I love you love it and it brightens your day…
